cooling mode parking knowledge
I found a couple of issues . FIRST, the air conditioning system seemed to only operate in cooling mode (this was a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT). I wanted a warmer room, but that was not possible. The receptionist lacked adequate knowledge about parking conditions. She should have been more helpful (this took extra time).

smooth process friendly staff comfy bed
The check-in process was really smooth, and the staff were super friendly! The shower had great pressure and warm water, perfect after a long flight. I slept soundly in the very comfy bed!
I noticed the TV channel selection was limited. I hoped for more international and sports options.

the hotel is conveniently located close to the airport. a tram stop nearby provides easy access to the city center. the breakfast service started early, at 4am. i found this very convenient for catching an early flight.
the parking payment machine only accepted cash, slightly inconvenient.

convenient stay near the airport
practical location direct tram clean rooms
The location was certainly practical. the airport is within a five-minute walk (very convenient for early flights). i found a direct tram line to the city. This made getting around easy. the rooms were also clean. That is always a plus.
i had some trouble with parking near the hotel. the hotel parking was full, and nearby street parking was challenging to find. i ended up using the airport parking lots, a 7-10 minute walk away (with my luggage).
