poor servicedifficult stairs
The first person i met at the bar lacked warmth. they seemed to have no personality at all. i also found it difficult to navigate the stairs with my luggage. The multiple doors at each landing seemed unnecessary and inconvenient.

The hotel's central location made exploring so easy. the staff was genuinely friendly and always ready to assist. breakfast had a good variety. I really enjoyed the affordable and delicious food and drinks available throughout the day!
the shower didn't drain properly, so i couldn't have a longer shower.

My room was very clean and spacious. the room had everything i needed. I was happy. the bed was really comfortable and i got an excellent night's sleep!

Breakfast was amazing and well cooked on site, definitely. the evening food was so good too. I can say this for sure. the hotel's food is delicious and very reasonably priced, i believe.

The location was great. It was close to restaurants and shops. I enjoyed the breakfast. There was a good selection. The staff was helpful and friendly too.
The bathroom wasn't en suite. It was a separate room with a number. The stairways were a bit tight to carry my suitcase up. My room was cold. No heating was on.
