the hotel's location rocks because it is close to a tram station, this made getting to the city center easy. the hotel provide good value with cheaper prices than nearby apartments. i felt the food was excellent, made meal times a treat!
i thought the parking was slightly far from the entrance.

The staff was friendly enough, I suppose.
My room had a broken window handle. I couldn't open it. The toilet barely flushed. The carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages.

the breakfast offered ample choices including various coffees apples and oranges also eggs cheese sausage. i found the location convenient with easy access to the centre markets and hills. the supermarket around the corner proved useful for quick needs.
during my stay i noticed the housekeepers created excessive noise early in the morning. they were smashing doors vacuuming and shouting. i found it difficult to rest due to the disturbance.
