My arrival was not smooth. I discovered the room had not been cleaned after the previous guest, unacceptable! the key card system presented ongoing issues. The card consistently failed to grant access after leaving the room, requiring frequent visits to the front desk for assistance. This problem was a major inconvenience.

the location was convenient for exploring the area.
the room cleanliness was subpar i found hairballs on the floor. the bathroom lacked sufficient towels only one was provided. this made showering inconvenient and required using the same towel for everything

the location offered easy access to the city center, a true romantic delight (a perfect setting for a tender getaway!). the presence of a secure garage provided peace of mind , the safety of our vehicle throughout the nights.
the room lacked tea or coffee making facilities, an amenity that would have enhanced our evenings. i feel a kettle should be a basic addition.
