a really good stay!

the location was fantastic. i could easily walk to times square and penn station. the room had two double beds, it was a good size for two people. the bed was comfortable too!!!
housekeeping only came every other day. when it did come, it was very late. we did not have sufficient supplies like toilet paper.

i was greeted warmly by katherine at check-in. she was quick, very friendly, and informative. aaron, the bell attendant, offered a warm smile each day and helped store our bags. he arranged our car service to the airport, i am thankful.
i found the area immediately surrounding the hotel not the nicest. i constantly heard horns and sirens at night. this sound got annoying despite being high up.

the location suited my needs perfectly. the hotel is centrally located and easily accessible. it was an easy walk from penn station. many destinations were walkable from the hotel. i have already scheduled a future stay.
it made resting in my room difficult.
