I felt secure . The staff members were helpful. The location provided easy access to nearby attractions! The room included practical amenities.
The hallway carpets showed a bit of wear, however my room was perfect.

really good service and superb location
warm greeting friendly staff helpful bell attendant
i was greeted warmly by katherine at check-in. she was quick, very friendly, and informative. aaron, the bell attendant, offered a warm smile each day and helped store our bags. he arranged our car service to the airport, i am thankful.
i found the area immediately surrounding the hotel not the nicest. i constantly heard horns and sirens at night. this sound got annoying despite being high up.

the room was a king room city view, providing ample space and comfort. it included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the room had a great view and was also surprisingly quiet, i am grateful.

central location future stay
the location suited my needs perfectly. the hotel is centrally located and easily accessible. it was an easy walk from penn station. many destinations were walkable from the hotel. i have already scheduled a future stay.
it made resting in my room difficult.
