The location is GREAT, just a short walk to the Abba Arena. The room was tidy. The staff was both helpful and friendly. I appreciated the convenient DLR and tube access nearby. The breakfast included was also good, a nice bonus.

The room did NOT have a mini fridge, and this was inconvenient for storing some personal items .

The location is superb. It is near Stratford station. This makes access to different parts of the city very easy. Public transport is readily accessible, a great ADVANTAGE. The hotel is just a short walk from the station.

The staff was warm, polite, and helpful during the entire stay. They greeted me with a smile and provided assistance whenever needed. Their friendly attitude really IMPROVED the overall experience. They make things easy.

the staff was friendly and tried to be helpful when i asked for assistance.

The room was not clean, and i found hairs in the bathroom and on the bedding, a huge disappointment!!! also, the breakfast selection was very limited, with only a few options available, and everything tasted bland. it was really frustrating to start the day with such a poor meal. I expected more from a hotel of this supposed rating.

The room was super clean, it featured a big shower with proper pressure. I received a room on the top floor away from the main road per my request. The bed had a good choice of pillows and I found it comfortable. Breakfast was included, it was a buffet that was well stocked and easy to access.
