The location is AMAZING next door to ABBA Voyage and near West Ham's ground! The staff was friendly and helpful. I felt very welcome. The free coffee was a nice touch, I really appreciated it. The room was super clean, something I REALLY value.
The area immediately around the hotel felt a little desolate, as there aren't many nearby amenities.

The location is great if you are visiting the ABBA Arena because it is so close. The DLR station is just across the road from the hotel, so it is easy to get around.

The staff was faultless, they were always friendly and happy to help with anything! The team provided great support and created a great atmosphere, awesome. They even provided water, that was really nice of them.

the location was very convenient (it made getting around easy).
the pipes made a terrible screeching noise whenever water was used. this happened even when neighbors used their sinks or toilets. it was quite startling in the middle of the night and disrupted my sleep.

The location was amazing for the Abba Voyage show. The after party had a great vibe and location right next to my room. The staff were friendly and I would definitely consider to stay again.
My room was very small. There was no space for luggage or going to the shower toilet but I knew this when booked.

i found some problems . the plumbing was NOISY at night. it also took a while for the hot water to work in the shower EACH morning. there was not enough desk space for anyone needing to work.
