The breakfast was a really GOOD choice. I could find many selections catering to various tastes. The room was spacious with a good-size bathroom and a hot shower! The staff was friendly and efficient.

A fairly LARGE gap existed under the door. I could see light from the hallway, slightly disruptive. Bring an eye mask for better sleep.

The train station offers direct access to central London with tickets available at the airport. The responsiveness of the staff was great. I requested extra coffee for my room and the receptionist quickly provided it.

I noticed a slight stain on the bed sheet. The carpet also had a few stains.

The room had a slight gap under the door, so I could see the hallway light at night.

the food app did not work properly . i found it confusing when ordering separately. the bus to the airport had issues with credit cards not working. i was asked to pay twice and am now requesting a refund.
