Excellent stay near the airport!

The breakfast was a really GOOD choice. I could find many selections catering to various tastes. The room was spacious with a good-size bathroom and a hot shower! The staff was friendly and efficient.
A fairly LARGE gap existed under the door. I could see light from the hallway, slightly disruptive. Bring an eye mask for better sleep.

I stayed for several nights and found the shuttle bus very useful. It provides transport to the airport. The train station offers direct access to central London with tickets available at the airport. The responsiveness of the staff was great. I requested extra coffee for my room and the receptionist quickly provided it.
I noticed a slight stain on the bed sheet. The carpet also had a few stains.

The breakfast buffet had good choices! It even met all dietary needs. The dinner menu offered great choices too. The staff was cute and helpful! The shuttle bus to and from the airport was on time and convenient.
The room had a slight gap under the door, so I could see the hallway light at night.

Staff members were very efficient and friendly at breakfast. Reception answered the phone quickly and helped with questions! They assisted with any inconveniences, too. I felt taken care of .

the hotel provides a convenient shuttle bus to the airport. it cost £4 per journey. the tv in the room has hotel information and menus. breakfast had a good selection of items..
the food app did not work properly . i found it confusing when ordering separately. the bus to the airport had issues with credit cards not working. i was asked to pay twice and am now requesting a refund.
