The location was excellent, right next to a train station, a huge plus. The hotel let me check in early, very convenient. The room was very clean, and the staff were quite great. I found a nice tv in the room.

The shower design meant the whole bathroom floor got wet. It could use a better design.

the location provided convenient access to attractions during the daytime.

The room was quite cold upon my arrival. the water took around twenty minutes to become hot (i hate this!). hallway gossip from the cleaning staff woke my new wife and me. The staff then opened our door without knocking on the morning after our wedding night.

Decent Location, but Several Issues

noisy room

It took ages to get one. Waiting 20 minutes after a long day is NOT fun. The room felt quite noisy because of its proximity to the street. I also noticed the ice makers were out of service on most floors. I had to go to the 14th floor anytime I needed ice.
