The location was excellent. I could easily walk to many attractions. the staff offered daily bottles of water, i found that very convenient in the heat. the lobby provided nice public spaces, though it was a bit busy in the evenings.
The air conditioning did not work well . It was quite uncomfortable in the room

The location was acceptable I could walk to many attractions.
The room I got was nothing like the photos online The shower leaked badly creating a puddle I had to use towels to soak up the water. The air conditioning barely worked it was stuffy and uncomfortable at night.

i stayed for several nights. the staff helped me get bus information. they also assisted in calling taxis when needed. i found the daily provision of bottled water especially useful.
the air conditioning in my room did not function optimally. this made controlling the room temperature difficult. it impacted my comfort .

the location was great. the metro was less than 10 minutes away. the gothic center was very close. i found it within one hour from the airport.
my room was not soundproof. i could clearly hear people in other rooms. i thought the facilities were quite poor for what i paid.
