the staff cleaned the room every day. They gave me the room on the ninth floor. It featured a private plunge pool and exterior bed. I appreciated the hotel.
One day it was not functioning. I had to carry my luggage from the fourth floor down without any assistance.

The front desk staff was very helpful (i liked their suggestions). They gave me bus passes for the city. The housekeeper kept my standard double room very clean. Breakfast had a buffet with tasty food for 13 euros.

the staff provided a map with recommended spots tailored to my itinerary (it was a great help). the hotel also offered a room upgrade, a pleasant surprise (i really appreciated it).
The shower water temperature fluctuated unexpectedly during use. the room doors were close together. I heard other guests frequently, sometimes thinking it was my door.
