adequate stay, issues noted
low pressure basic room
the family room i booked was quite basic. the bathroom pressure was surprisingly low (almost unusable at times). also, the lack of air conditioning made the room stuffy, especially on warmer days. the wi-fi signal was weak, so i used my own data.

comfy beds fluffy towels big gap basement room
the room was a good size, it had comfy beds. i also liked the huge fluffy white towels in the bathroom. it was great having tea and coffee in my room after seeing the sights.
the room was in the basement. there was a big gap under the door of the basement room 10. i heard other guests returning at night because of it.

fantastic stay near haymarket
prime location clean room luxury interior
I loved the hotel's location. It was so close to the train station and tram stop. i could easily walk to the city center in about ten minutes. the room included everything i needed. It was super clean. i was like i was in a royal apartment due to the luxury building and interior. i really enjoyed my stay.
the shower made an awful noise when i used it.

the hotel organized laundry services done offsite, which i found very convenient. the bar was a nice spot to finish the night with a nightcap. i had a pleasant experience using these amenities.

the staff was very kind, friendly, and helpful from check-in to check-out. they accommodated my wish to get a certain room, and i was so happy it was granted. the team was waiting for me even when i arrived late at night.

the hotel's location is super convenient with shops, pubs, and cafes nearby. the tram stop is only a three-minute walk. it takes about ten minutes to reach the city center by tram.
