The room had AC that worked well.

The hot water in the shower was way too hot. I couldn't adjust it (not even a little bit). The TV could be turned on with the remote, but I couldn't turn it off without getting up. The fire alarm went off at 1 am on Friday, and then again at 5 am on Saturday, so I had two disturbed nights.

the location had easy access to transportation.

The breakfast was quite poor, the bacon and sausage were overcooked. the manager's response was that it was free anyway. I found this to be disgraceful. the hotel is old and not very clean.
