hot water disturbed nights
The room had AC that worked well.
The hot water in the shower was way too hot. I couldn't adjust it (not even a little bit). The TV could be turned on with the remote, but I couldn't turn it off without getting up. The fire alarm went off at 1 am on Friday, and then again at 5 am on Saturday, so I had two disturbed nights.

tram stop great breakfast friendly staff
The tram stop is super close. It is like a two-minute walk! breakfast had lots of choices and was so good. the staff were really friendly and professional. I liked that. parking was easy because it was on the same level and cheap too

adequate but flawed stay
overcooked bacon poor breakfast
the location had easy access to transportation.
The breakfast was quite poor, the bacon and sausage were overcooked. the manager's response was that it was free anyway. I found this to be disgraceful. the hotel is old and not very clean.

The room had standard double layout with a comfortable bed. the breakfast was ample with many food options. tram and bus services were close and frequent. the staff were friendly and helpful. I really appreciate their quick service.

Ample parking was available for my car, a really big plus. public transport links to the city center were good. This made getting around simple. the location is perfect for exploring nearby restaurants and bars.

hot food noisy air
the hot food wasn't hot enough it was barely warm. using the air conditioning was impossible it was so noisy. i felt quite cold the entire night as a result of this.

The beds were comfortable.
The shower lacked any real pressure. The breakfast was beyond poor. Compote was frozen, bacon and sausage was cremated, hash browns were cold, and croissants were frozen.
