The location proved convenient for my visit to the Playhouse.

The room was quite cold upon arrival. The heating did not appear to function correctly initially, and I had to request a heater. The front desk should address these issues promptly.. The staff should have notified me about the heating situation without me having to ask.

The location was GREAT. It was close to major tourist attractions and the tram stop was just outside. The breakfast was REALLY nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

The room I was given looked onto the rear stairwell of a neighboring building. The ceiling tiles were damaged. The carpet was covered with stains and bleaching marks.

The mattress in my room sagged badly (I was very uncomfortable). I reported it in the morning and again in the evening before it was finally replaced. I was disappointed this happened in the first place since it was quite obvious.
