the room was clean. i found fresh towels ready for use. the bed was nice.
i could not get through on the phone before my arrival, as i had the wrong number. there was no hot water. it was very cold, but there was a wall heater in the room.

The hotel offered free parking, a significant advantage. I also found free street parking right next to the building (very useful). The staff were pleasant. The included WiFi was a convenient amenity.
I noticed a damaged wall, which looked like it had been punched, needing some repair.
