The hotel was very clean with everything i needed. It felt very secure. the front door remains locked at all times. the complimentary coffee and pastries available in the afternoon added a romantic touch. I savored each moment. the staff moved our bags to our room.
The stairs were a bit dusty. It was a very slight negative fact! though the room was quiet due to good insulation.

The room felt spacious. The bathroom had a great size too. Complimentary water, coffee and small cakes were available. Multiple metro lines nearby made getting around simple.

the staff was friendly and helpful, i greatly appreciated that. there were good facilities for drinks and food available. it was easy to get to the hotel from the eurostar since it is a short walking distance.

the location is great near restaurants, banks, stores, the metro, and buses! two big train stations are also nearby. this made it easy to explore the area and get around the city.
