I found the staff friendly. They even upgraded our room for our anniversary. a complimentary bottle of wine and other drinks awaited us. the hotel ensured daily cleaning and the breakfast each morning was excellent. it Was a nice stay.
The safe was difficult to access. I had to lie flat on the floor to reach it. it felt a little awkward and inconvenient for such a basic amenity.

the receptionist was kind enough to lend me their own phone charger. the rooms were changed to street view due to the nice staff members, accommodating requests for a better experience.

the location provides easy access to multiple metro lines, simplifying transportation. several reasonably priced bars and restaurants surround the hotel, giving you great dining options. it was indeed a perfect place!

the location was acceptable and close to metro connections.
The room was small, and there wasn't enough space for luggage (i had to keep my suitcase on the floor). the online check-in and check-out process felt impersonal. It reduced interaction with the staff.

The location was fine. It was very accessible with many options for metro stations nearby.
The room was far too small in relation to the price I paid. There was no space for luggage or clothes. It seemed like staff did not want a lot of personal contact with the guests because they encouraged us to check in and out online. The room felt very impersonal. I really disliked that.
