happy hour scam unprofessional staff
the sol bar was a real letdown (i wish i had avoided it entirely). i ordered drinks during happy hour, but the bill came out to an outrageous amount. when i questioned the barman, he claimed i didn't specify i was ordering during happy hour. he eventually recalculated, but it seemed like a scam. also, his colleague refused to serve drinks listed on the official happy hour menu, insisting only beer was available, very annoying and unprofessional.

cheerful staff marvelous service comfortable mattress
I found the staff very cheerful. The main restaurant offered marvelous service. A staff member was very attentive. The room came fully equipped with comfortable and clean mattress and bedding. i appreciated that there was no need to request for a cloth iron. It was already available as an in-room equipment.
I experienced a delay during check-in as only one desk was open. The couple in front of me were very slow. It prolonged the process.

The breakfast assortment was amazing, with fresh fruit and tasty sweets. Juice choices were also superb. The chef prepared wide range of well-cooked food. breakfast service was really good.

The room was spacious. Bedding was clean and pleasant. The room was also smell good. Rooms come equipped with cloth iron and ironing board.

Staff demonstrated helpfulness. Especially Munni who was very attentive. They assisted in changing our room. Their response was quick. They ensured every request was fulfilled. Overall services were very courteous.

The hotel design is contemporary, blending comfort and style. There is no need to request for cloth iron. It is already available. The location is near to the creek. Just a walk away from Al Fahidi and Gold Souq.

the breakfast buffet had waffle. analene made iced coffee for me, thats fun. the staff was friendly and helpful.

the breakfast had many options, including delicious omelets. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially at the rooftop bar. the pool area was great. i enjoyed the location overlooking the creekwith a real escape.
check in took a long TIME ,as only one desk was open.

the hotel is near the creek ,allowing for easy walks to the older historical areas. an abra boat is available to cross the creek to the souks. it's a great spot for exploring.
