mixed experience with some notable issues
limited shuttle servicestuffy room
The shuttle service proved less useful than advertised , with limited hours. i found the air stuffy. furthermore , i was bothered by a static noise emanating from the phone late at night. It even rang briefly before stopping completely. i had to unplug the phone to resolve this issue.

Firoj Khan from the cleaning crew provided excellent service. He maintained our rooms very well with all necessary supplies readily available. Jackson assisted us with our luggage upon arrival and departure he was efficient and helpful with all our bags and strollers. The hotel has a walkable distance to the metro and Dubai Mall. There was a free shuttle bus to Kite Beach Jumeirah and the Dubai Mall.
There was no help with luggage. Guests had to carry their own bags from the basement parking. The sink plug in my room was blocked so water did not drain properly. The bedding had a slight smell it felt unwelcoming.

the hotel offered complimentary shuttle service to dubai mall. i appreciated the option to leave luggage before check-in and after check-out at no charge. my room had tea and coffee making facilities with complimentary water. the mini shop on the ground floor was also CONVENIENT.
I noticed a slight lack of staff assistance with luggage. Guests must transport their bags from the basement parking.

The lobby had a small grocery store. It was very convenient. i found basic food, snacks, sandwiches, and toiletries available. the hotel also offered a free beach and mall shuttle. This improved my experience. the pool overlooked the burj khalifa.
the tv remote was dusty.
