the shuttle service was infrequent. it didn't seem very close to the airport (not really an airport hotel, as they claim). service was surprisingly poor, especially considering it's a hilton hotel. i asked for water, and despite staff having easy access to bottles, they didn't provide it for hours (i had to call again later).
