weird smell broken ac
the staff was friendly. that is the only good thing.
the room smelled strange. the ac did not work. i reported it, but nothing happened. i think they haven't maintained this hotel very well.

Practical Stay Near the Metro
individual iron ironing board decent size room clean room
The room had an individual iron and an ironing board. There was a mini fridge, very convenient for storing drinks. The room size was decent and it was clean, awesome for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location on the outer side of Al Barsha meant there was less traffic noise.
The soundproofing between the rooms was not adequate (I could clearly hear noises from the adjacent room). This made it a bit difficult to sleep peacefully at times.

Solid Stay with Great Staff

The front desk staff were very helpful and efficient. The housekeeping team maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. I also appreciated the individual iron and ironing board provided in the room since it made garment care simple.
Soundproofing was an issue, and I could hear noise from neighboring rooms which was disruptive.

The staff in the restaurant were attentive and quick with requests and special thanks goes to Sharada for her excellent service skills and the live cooking station for omelettes ensured hot breakfast items. Guests receive prompt assistance with queries.
