the room was very clean. i found the bed and pillows quite comfortable. the kitchen was clean and well-organized.
the room was close to the outside door. i could hear people walking and the floor was shaking. the radiator didn't give out any heat and it was cold (i tried to turn it on, but it did not help).

the kitchen had good tea and coffee making facilities.
The room was too close to the front door and every time someone entered i heard it. the floor was uneven. I stumbled a couple of times. i wish there had been chairs and a coffee table because sitting on the bed hurt my back.

The bathroom door had a loose handle, with a screw protruding. This posed a minor inconvenience, which requires attention.

The hotel was very clean. It was also spacious, which I found really helpful. I safety was good at the hotel.
I had difficulty connecting to the WiFi. The shower tray filled with water, and it did not drain properly. The room was not soundproof as described.

I encountered a problem. There were no clear instructions for the TV, so i couldn't use it. This was quite annoying after a long day.
