Comfortable Stay with Great Service
warm welcome spacious room comfortable beds
The welcome I received upon arrival was lovely. I got all necessary information about the hotel. My triple room on the third floor proved spacious, providing ample space and essential amenities. I found the beds very comfortable and the bathroom beautiful.
I noticed a general need for refurbishment throughout the hotel. Some areas appear tired. It seems updates are required to maintain the desired standard.

The hotel is near the seafront, allowing convenient walks. It offers quick access to local attractions. Paignton and Brixham are accessible using the buses at the road's end.

surprisingly good stay
clean room friendly staff memory foam
i find my room very clean, and the walk in shower worked well. the staff were friendly. the hotel offered convenient bus stop near for visiting nearby towns. i enjoyed the memory foam mattress on the bed, it allowed for a peaceful nights sleep.
the entertainment lounge felt a bit cold during the evenings.

The hotel features an indoor pool, a bar, and a conservatory. These areas offered different spaces for relaxation and recreation. the well kept lawn provided great views and spaces for an afternoon walk, that was nice.

the hotel has very convenient access to transportation. bus stops located near allows for easy trips to nearby towns. the short walk to the seafront allows for wonderful strolls, i enjoyed this every day.

a really nice stay
town centre large television helpful staff
I have visited this hotel. the location is pretty convenient, near the town centre. the room included a coffee machine and a large television, which i found very convenient. staff members were friendly and helpful, especially elsa at reception. She was efficient.
the pictures used to advertise this hotel i think must be quite old. a refurbishment is needed. it seemed like an old abandoned building as i walked through the corridors.

the hotel offers easy access to the harbour and town center. buses stop nearby for convenient transport. there is also onsite parking, a definite bonus for those driving to the area.

The rooms are decorated nicely and kept very clean. I liked that. furniture matched well with the decor. Everything was orderly. my room was huge with walk in showers. Everything felt so spacious!!!

The hotel looked worn. The room felt outdated. I found issues with cleanliness. The housekeeping did not maintain the standards I expected. There was visible dirt in some areas. The state of the room impacted my experience negatively.

The indoor pool was lovely and clean. I also appreciated that fluffy towels was available. The waitresses served delicious meals with a smile.
The hotel seemed a bit tired. Rooms need some updating I think. I also noted that the hotel didn't provide a fridge.
