helpful staff central location adequate breakfast small room poor soundproofing limited space
the staff was helpful in giving directions. the location is very central. this made walking to attractions easy. breakfast had enough options to get my day started.
the room felt quite small. there wasn't much space for luggage. sound isolation from the hallway was not great. i could hear conversations outside the door.

The hotel was fine overall, but a couple of things bothered me. The room was quite small, and opening my suitcase was a struggle. the water on the shelf was not complimentary.. I found that quite surprising.

super clean hotel friendly porter early access nice surprise
the hotel was super clean and in a great central spot. the porter was very friendly. i even got into my room early. this was a really nice surprise, after a long trip. i recommend this hotel!
The climate control did not work very well in the room. It was a very slight inconvenience though.

The hotel sits right on the main shopping street. restaurants and various attractions are very close. this made exploring the area very easy. We loved that.

the heritage decor was very aesthetically pleasing. the hotel maintained a lot of historic charm. it has been restored to modern standards though, and without losing its traditional charm.

the breakfast buffet was plentiful and consistently topped up. breakfast had a lot of variety too. this meant it stayed fresh and warm and always had something i liked.

The room was spotlessly clean and bright. We had a standard double room. the bathroom was spacious and very well cleaned, which i really appreciate. also, the design of the hotel is very interesting.

the breakfast room was historic. staff wore uniforms with cloth tablecloths and monogrammed napkins. the buffet was well-stocked with great food.

healthy choices delicious coffee quiet room
The breakfast included many healthy choices and delicious coffee. i found the location ideal for walking to shops and restaurants. the rooftop terrace offered lovely seating, plants, and a quiet spot with city views. It was really something. the room was also pretty, with a good bed and quiet despite the busy street.
