basic and well-located
historical sites transport links
the hotel is close to many historical sites and transport links. the room was clean i found sufficient coffee maker and capsules available. the bed was very comfortable i slept well.
the hotel did not have a ramp for suitcases which i found inconvenient. i could hear noises outside my door early in the morning. the illumination on my floor was quite dark.

i did not eat breakfast at the hotel though the smell was appealing. there are many restaurants and shops located nearby offering different options. i found several cafes within walking distance.

perfect location easy reach short walk
The location is superb. It is close to the church of saint ildefonso! the dom luís i bridge is within easy reach. capela das almas de santa catarina is also a short walk.
The hotel does not have a ramp for suitcases. This proved slightly inconvenient on arrival.

convenient location helpful staff missing refrigerator dim lighting
the location was convenient. it allowed easy access to various attractions i wanted to see. the staff was helpful, offering recommendations for local restaurants and directions. it really enhanced my experience! the rooms were smaller, yet they were clean.
the room lacked some amenities i expected. there was no refrigerator, difficult to store drinks. the lighting in the hallways seemed dim. it made navigating a bit challenging at night.
