Acceptable stay with a few issues
bird droppings dated flooring
The location was good for seeing the main attractions (it really saved on transport costs).
The room felt a bit dated. The flooring looked like something from a hospital and the balcony had bird droppings, off-putting (not exactly charming).

uninterested staff poor soundproofing
the location was convenient to many attractions.
the room i received felt quite cramped for two people and our suitcases. the reception staff generally seemed uninterested in assisting guests. furthermore, the lack of soundproofing meant i could hear conversations from neighboring rooms..

the hotel has a great location near many attractions. the breakfast had bacon, eggs, and fruit (i was very happy).
the room was not very clean. i saw garbage under the bed and hair in the bathroom. also, the window glass was dirty.

City Center Gem!
convenient location short walk comfortable room helpful staff
I found the location super convenient to everything! The proximity to the train station was amazing, especially with that short walk. Our room faced the square, and a balcony came with it. I loved that our room seemed comfortable and the staff helped a lot.
The shower door had this gap, so the water got everywhere.

My room included a comfy bed and a balcony overlooking the main square. Cleanliness was on point. Plus it really felt quite secure. I loved how spacious the rooms felt. It makes my stay better.

The staff seemed helpful and friendly at all times . I discovered varied options for breakfast at the hotel. There is also a luggage storage area, and that was great since I arrived a bit before check-in.

the hotel's central location made it easy to reach many attractions. the breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of choices, restocked quickly by the staff. i found the staff very helpful and friendly. the room also had a kettle and a hairdryer.
the room showed differences compared to the images displayed online.

the hotel is near trindade station, offering easy access from the airport via a cheap metro ride that takes approximately 30 minutes. it is close to a major shopping area and numerous cafes and restaurants. the hotel also provides convenient access to public transport.
