The digital access system worked well.
The hallway smelled of sewage , and I saw no staff. The room seemed thrown together, with a dirty rug. There was no iron or ironing board available.

I found the location quite convenient, very close to Artis Zoo. The room was warm and cozy, exactly as I expected. The staff was friendly. They were always available to help with directions and suggestions. I liked how clean and well-kept everything was.
The twin room was rather small, and there wasn't much space to store luggage.

the location was quite good for getting around. public transportation was very close. i also found a coffee machine and a microwave available at the reception, very useful. the staff were helpful .
the toilet seemed quite high, it was uncomfortable for me. i could hear sounds from the corridor, even when other guests entered their rooms, it was disturbing. the bathroom also had a strong sewage smell, it wasn't very pleasant.

The room was clean and well kept. Check-in was self-service, made the process efficient and hassle-free. I found this quite convenient. Plus, the location was ideal with a tram stop right outside. It made accessing other areas very easy.
The bathroom had a slight sewage smell on arrival.
