the room was clean and quite suitable for my brief stay.
The advertised breakfast was unavailable. I was informed that the cook was absent. i found this unacceptable as i had planned my morning around having breakfast at the hotel. furthermore, the room lacked a working remote for the television. i had to manually operate the tv, inconvenient.

friendly staff super clean room comfy bed stained carpet filthy skirting boards bathroom mould
The staff were very friendly. They were helpful with directions. The room was super clean. The bed was comfy.
The carpet had some noticeable stains. The skirting boards were quite filthy. I found some mould in the bathroom.

a very basic stay
dated decor strange system
the location was decent enough for getting around the area.
The place reminded me of a time warp (i'm talking seriously dated decor). the breakfast setup was bizarre. You needed these little plastic cards to get your food. the lady running the breakfast seemed annoyed we didn't know the system and wasn't exactly cute.

surprisingly lovely stay
friendly staff spacious room nice bar service
the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. my standard double room was quite spacious and clean, i found it to be a good size. breakfast was tasty and the bar service was a nice surprise!
The hotel felt somewhat outdated, like a step back in time. The decor could use some updating.
