i stayed in a beautiful room canal view. the room matched the photos online. the location was convenient to public transport. the staff kindly made us coffee when we were late for breakfast one morning.
the air conditioning DID not work, and i understand it's a known issue. there was no plug in the sink. the shower head directed water toward the door, made the floor VERY wet.

The location was very convenient! it was near the train station. the staff was very kind and made sure that i felt welcome. They arranged a breakfast box for me since i had to leave very early.
The air con did not work. It was a known issue to the hotel. i cannot imagine what the room would be like in the height of summer. It was overpriced for what it was.

I have found the location very convenient to the train station. it made arrivals and departures easy. the staff was very friendly and assisted with directions. i appreciated the breakfast offered each morning. The selection was adequate.
the air conditioning system was not working optimally . this impacted room comfort on warmer days. i hope they resolve this .

The hotel is very close to the train station. It was only a short walk. I found good restaurants nearby. The breakfast had all the necessary items. I received an upgrade to a beautiful room. It was quite large for this location.
My room did not have coffee or tea making facilities. I had to request it from the front desk.

the location was really convenient it was near the train station. the staff were also helpful they gave good directions.
the air conditioning didn't work i think the hotel already knew about the problem. there was no plug in our sink the shower head faced the door so the floor got wet

The location is near the train station, a very easy walk. The room had efficient equipment and the shower was great (it helped to relax after long walks!). Deborah and the hotel staff were very accommodating throughout my stay.
I noticed only one small bottle of drinking water was provided per person per day.
