appalling view cold room
the staff were accommodating. the breakfast was well priced.
The room was not what i expected. the radiator was off, resulting in a very cold room. the view was appalling. I saw a filthy wall and an open drain just under the window ledge.

the location was convenient for local attractions! the staff displayed a warm hospitality. the breakfast included offered a satisfying start to the day and the room included a cozy double bed.
the bathroom window lacked proper curtains.

small room limited space
the lift was out of service. it made moving luggage to upper floors difficult. the room was also quite small. space for storing luggage was limited, a real inconvenience .
