the dedicated car parking was a HUGE bonus, especially given the central location. the staff were friendly and efficient, answering all our questions promptly. the food was tasty. the room was clean and well kept.

i found the staff to be cheerful and check-in was easy. the location is convenient to the corn exchange.
the car park access was not ideal and lacked clear signs. missing the turning meant a long detour on a one-way street i also noticed my room door had a large gap at the bottom, allowing visibility into the corridor.

The staff members were friendly. Check-in went smoothly. The beautiful double room included everything I needed. The bed was very large and comfortable. The location right in the heart of town was wonderful. The bar provided a good experience.
The access to the car park was not ideal. The turning was not clearly identified. The need to drive all the way around on a one way street caused some trouble.
