great location friendly staff missing lift tiny room
the location was great, near a metro stop. the staff was friendly, and they let us store luggage upon arrival.
I was on the fifth floor, and there was no lift. the room was small. I've never experienced a hotel room this tiny before.

clean rooms helpful staff
the rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. the windows opened easily allowing a nice breeze. the staff was amazing and helpful with any questions i had.
i was placed on the fifth floor and there was no lift. i had to use the stairs and it was stressful after walking all day.

easy access friendly staff
the location was superb. it was right in the heart of the marais and with easy access to several metro lines. the staff were excellent, friendly and professional.
the tv did not have any english channels. it also lacked the ability to stream, a little annoying.

The hotel's proximity to the Saint Paul metro station helped a lot with easy access to main attractions. I appreciated the direct bus routes available nearby. The staff were generally helpful and quite friendly.

the location is great because it is near st paul metro station and several food options. the staff i encountered were friendly, it was nice they gave me a room on a low floor. the room felt clean, it was good overall.
the hotel didn't have a lift and i was on the upper floors, i used the stairs. my room was tiny, it was uncomfortable to stay for too long.
