The room i had did not align with the photos seen online. It felt dated and lacked sufficient storage space for my belongings.

The hotel location suits my needs well. The staff was helpful when I need assistance with directions. Breakfast offered varied choices and I enjoyed the fresh fruit. The onsite dining option was really convenient after a long day.
The gym equipment shows some sign of wear.

The double room include a comfortable bed and a small work desk. There is also a television with several channels. A mini-fridge allows me to store my drinks and snacks and a spacious wardrobe is available for clothes storage.

The heater in my room was making a loud noise all night. It kept me awake. I even tried to turn it off, but i could not.

i found the staff helpful and friendly. the curry house food was delicious (i love indian food!). free car parking was a plus. the breakfast included was tasty.
the window could only be opened a few centimeters.

the room was quite cold when i arrived. i think the heating should have been turned on earlier, before i got there. also, during breakfast the staff cleared my table three times even though i had only gone to get more food. this was annoying as i had to ask for new cutlery each time (the breakfast was alright, though).

the hotel provided two good restaurants. the internet service also worked well. the rooms were comfortable and clean..
the room was colder than comfortable. i discovered the radiator was leaking one morning. reception staff did not play their part when i tried to book a table for a family get together at the restaurant.
