The room was super clean. I could see the cleaning was thorough. Breakfast included fresh fruit, which i found very good. the staff were always willing to help. i also found good bus links close by. It's quite convenient.
the stairs TO the cafe felt somewhat narrow! but manageable.

The room contained good toiletries and towels. Those details MATTER. It was recently refurbished and felt clean and well-kept. i was pleased with the condition of the room. It surpassed my expectations.

The hotel benefits from many bus routes on the main high street, aiding travel. i reached westminster in a short bus ride. It took only 5 minutes. the location proves quite convenient for accessing various parts of THE city.

a variety of food was available, which i consider important. the breakfast team maintained excellent service. the availability of fresh fruit was very notable. i especially enjoyed the selection provided at breakfast TIME.

The staff were acceptable. They mostly kept to themselves.
The place smelled strongly of damp and stale air. It was off-putting. My room was not clean. I saw stains on the bedside table. The bathroom was tiny. It lacked basic amenities.
