the hotel provides parking NEARBY the masjid. my standard twin room was quite SPACIOUS. a VERY helpful reception staff helped me find things i needed, even locations outside the hotel.

The location was acceptable. It was near the mosque.
The room was not clean at all. The windows were dirty, which i really disliked. check-in was a disaster. The reception staff seemed overwhelmed. i stood in line for hours, only to be told no rooms were available. i found this very frustrating.

I appreciated the quick check-in process. The receptionist, Nuha, was particularly helpful and accommodating. She went the extra mile to ensure I got a larger triple room as I requested. I also want to mention Renad at reception. She facilitated getting me a larger room when my family arrived. I was charmed by her willingness to contact the manager to assist me. This.!!
The elevators were VERY slow. I often waited several minutes for one.

The hotel is very close to Masjid al Nabawi. I was allowed an early check-in and also free parking. Staff members were very helpful and quick during check in. The hotel manager assisted with luggage.
