spacious room helpful staff nearby parking

the hotel provides parking NEARBY the masjid. my standard twin room was quite SPACIOUS. a VERY helpful reception staff helped me find things i needed, even locations outside the hotel.

the breakfast restaurant's cleanliness was slightly subpar , and needed improvement.

dirty windows overwhelmed staff

The location was acceptable. It was near the mosque.

The room was not clean at all. The windows were dirty, which i really disliked. check-in was a disaster. The reception staff seemed overwhelmed. i stood in line for hours, only to be told no rooms were available. i found this very frustrating.

I appreciated the quick check-in process. The receptionist, Nuha, was particularly helpful and accommodating. She went the extra mile to ensure I got a larger triple room as I requested. I also want to mention Renad at reception. She facilitated getting me a larger room when my family arrived. I was charmed by her willingness to contact the manager to assist me. This.!!

The elevators were VERY slow. I often waited several minutes for one.

provided parking easy access really good service amazing visit

i found the provided parking helpful during my arrival. the hotel offered easy access to nearby attractions. the staff delivered really good service, always ready to assist with any need. the overall convenience and support.

the carpet showed some slight stains, but this was a minor issue.

The hotel is very close to Masjid al Nabawi. I was allowed an early check-in and also free parking. Staff members were very helpful and quick during check in. The hotel manager assisted with luggage.

The hotel could use some updates to the room decor.

the location is very convenient being a short walk to the haram the free parking was very helpful check-in was efficient and the staff was always available. i especially liked how the rooms were a good size and clean.
