i found the staff very friendly and accommodating upon arrival. i was given all the information i needed, and it was all straightforward. the location was convenient for exploring the cathedral.
the decor throughout the hotel seemed quite dated. the hotel entrance had a noticeable damp smell, which wasn't ideal. i also overheard what sounded like numerous complaints at reception.

The location was PERFECT for restaurants. The cathedral and the castle were very close.
The room was in POOR condition. The plug sockets were not easily accessible, and cables hung over the radiators.

A splendid stay!

Location was awesome, and secure parking existed. Staff members was friendly and talkative, and they provide ample tea and coffee in the room. I found the hotel competitively priced, it is no frills but budget. The room includes good shower.
Carpets look not so clean. I think it will be better soon.

the hotel's location is really central. it is close to shops and attractions. the room i had was surprisingly quiet. the bed was also very comfortable
