the location was central. the staff were friendly and very helpful . the breakfast each morning had a wide selection (i especially liked the pastries). the team also arranged a complimentary trip to murano, a wonderful bonus.
this made getting our luggage to the upper floors a bit difficult. my elderly mother struggled with the stairs and needed assistance.

I found the location convenient. The hotel is just a short walk from st mark's square and the alilaguna boat service. i particularly enjoyed the two excellent restaurants right next to the hotel, i will definitely be coming back to this charming place.
