the restaurant had a decent garden bar seating area.
the room was very cold upon arrival i found the windows screwed shut this meant there was no ventilation there the bathroom felt damp i found some mold there too.

the staff was really good, very friendly and always ready to help. i particularly appreciated the well-lit and safe car park available. the room was warm and clean, a family room with ample space for everyone.
The bathroom lacked an extractor fan. It would enhance ventilation and comfort

The breakfast selection met my expectations. It provided ample choice.
The wifi in my room did NOT work. This was a major inconvenience for my business trip. I also found the phone signal unreliable. I believe the hotel needs to address the wifi issue as a priority. This issue really impacted my ability to work effectively.

The staff greeted us warmly and quickly showed us to our table. Staff inquired about our drink orders, meal preferences, and any allergies. The chef gave me the outside cut of the beef, my favorite, and the vegetables tasted hot and fresh. The receptionist said hello upon arrival.
