fantastic value and convenient location

ample spacesecure parkingsmooth processeasy access
the standard twin room was adequately sized and very clean. the parking area behind the building felt secure and offered ample space. i found the self-check-in process smooth, using clear instructions provided via whatsapp. it was a great plus to have a bus stop right outside, with access to leeds.
the tv signal was a bit weak, resulting in fuzzy channels, though i didn't spend much time watching it.
Location
9/10
the hotel provides good access to the motorway. a bus stop outside offers a direct route to leeds. i found the parking area spacious and easily accessible behind the building.
Dining
8/10
there was no on-site food service, yet i could find a list of local takeaways and restaurants. these local establishments allow you to bring food back to the hotel. i found this arrangement to be convenient enough for my needs.

a quiet haven

warm greetingspacious roomlarge bednearby restaurant
the staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. the room felt very spacious, i loved the large bed. it was a great surprise to find a beautiful restaurant so close by, serving the most delicious breakfasts. the restaurant enhanced my stay.
the room smelled faintly of a generic men's deodorant upon my arrival.

Rooms
9/10
the superior double room was very spacious, offering ample space for relaxation. the bed was particularly large, ensuring a restful sleep.
Facilities
8/10
the hotel features adequate parking , ensuring convenience upon arrival. the absence of a soulless reception area creates a cute atmosphere. this contributed to the charm of the stay
Dining

Though the hotel does not offer breakfast on-site, the proximity to a beautiful restaurant compensates. the restaurant serves wonderful breakfasts that are not to be missed. This makes the absence of hotel dining less significant.
