The hotel had vending machines available for quick snacks and drinks. I found this quite convenient. Public transport options were REALLY accessible from the hotel's location! I noted that there was complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby. The staff offered assistance with luggage storage after checkout, a BIG plus.

The lobby impressed me with its spaciousness and Victorian building charm. Parking was free for hotel guests. This made arrival easy. I could keep my car secure. The reception area felt safe.
The television in my room did not function correctly. The channels changed randomly. I ended up turning it off, because the volume suddenly increased late at night.
