cute staff helpful staff
the staff was helpful letting me keep my car parked there longer than checkout time since my university interview took longer. the staff was also cute. i will come back if i go to this area again.
the checkout was at 10am, though i reminded me of they wanted me gone before that time.

mixed experience, some issues noticed
low temperature heating system
the location proved quite convenient being near the train station.
i encountered issues with the heating system and found the temperature uncomfortably low upon arrival, it created a less than desirable atmosphere.

Super Clean and Convenient Location!

I found a great place to park my bike safely. The staff helped me find it , so that was really nice. The room was clean , and it had everything I needed for my stay.
The walls seemed a little thin , so I could hear other guests sometimes.

blocked basin no amenities
The staff provided private parking. This was a HUGE help.
The wash basin in my room was blocked. The TV had no WiFi connection. I also noticed there were no basic amenities available, like a kettle.

helpful team clear directions
the team at the front desk were so helpful during check-in. they provided clear directions and assistance with local transport! the wifi was good quality. this helped me stay connected for work, i really appreciated that.
the basin in my room was a bit slow draining. it wasn't a major issue. but a little maintenance there would be appreciated.

amazing stay, was superb!!!
renovated hotel clean room friendly staff
the hotel was newly renovated and super clean, i was very impressed! the room size and bed were really nice. i found the neighborhood safe with many restaurants and the o2 academy nearby. also, the staff were friendly and even made me a takeaway coffee when i checked out!!!
