the check-in process ran efficiently. i received a front door code and my room number via email on the morning of my stay, very useful. the room looked good and the shower has consistent pressure. everything needed was in the room
the room felt a little small with having a dog and the television was also small. remotes did not work well on the first night, a problem.

I found plentiful parking facilities near Carlton House at an affordable price. The staff members are helpful and informative, answering all my questions. The room was clean and spacious, equipped with comfortable beds. I also appreciated the excellent communication regarding parking permits and entry details.
The room was slightly cold, and the shirt also felt a bit cold to the touch, requiring an extra layer.

The hotel is a short walk from public gardens for dog exercise and also toilet facilities, so it is convenient. It takes only five minutes to walk to the bus stop for various destinations. Also in 5 minutes you can reach the front promenade.

The well-set-out dining room offers a great vegetarian breakfast option for me. My husband enjoyed the full English breakfast, so it caters to different tastes. There is a good choice of cereals for breakfast. dogs are welcome.

My double room had lovely carpeting throughout and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The bathroom looked great. The room also included a fridge and chair. I found these additional amenities very useful .

i thought the staff was very amazing. they were kind and considerate and met our every need. the owner even took us to a wedding in her own car when we couldnt find a taxi, that was great service.
my tv remote was not working that first night, it was a little frustrating for my partner.

The location was REALLY convenient.
The bathroom was tiny. I am not a tall person but I almost could not turn around in the shower (it was THAT small). The duvet cover looked worn. I wondered when it was last replaced.
