handy location!
convenient location luggage storage easy process
i FOUND the location convenient near the underground. i REALLY appreciated that i could store my luggage after checkout. the self-check-in process was easy, unlocking the door directly from my phone.

great location spacious bedroom modern style easy self-check-in
I found the location next to borough station fantastic. the bedroom was surprisingly spacious. the interior was decorated in a modern style. It was clean. self-check-in was easy, i received the email promptly. unlocking the door from my phone, without keys, was convenient.
I noticed the strong fragrance in the room. It was a bit intense the first night.

The room included an en suite. There were towels plus electricity sockets. a kettle and refreshments were available. the bed and pillows were lovely, and the bathroom was nice and clean.

Excellent stay near the tube station!
fantastic location simple process clean room quiet night
The location was ABSOLUTELY fantastic. It is right next to the tube station. The self-check-in process was simple. I got the email and unlocked the door with my phone. I found the room and common areas to be clean and tidy. I appreciate that it was quiet at night.
The heated towel rail in the bathroom could not be turned off. It made the space rather warm.

stained carpet insufficient ventilation
The room had a noticeable issue with cleanliness. I observed stains on the carpet (these looked old and ingrained). There was also a musty smell possibly because I found it difficult to get enough ventilation (the windows did not open sufficiently).

convenient location coffee facility
the location was convenient. it was directly next to the underground station, i really liked that. the room was clean and had tea and coffee making facilities, the bed was comfortable too.
the room looked a bit worn. there were stains on the carpet, this was a bit off-putting for me.
