Neat Capsule Experience

The bathrooms are nice. I found them clean and well-organized. the host was cute. I liked that i could always contact them with questions about the room and getting around. the price felt excellent. I loved the self-serve bar lounge area where i relaxed and had a meal. i used the kitchen to microwave food from a grocery store. It was perfect.
the tea was pricey, it was quite expensive considering what i paid to stay. perhaps hot water on tap would help, so people can bring their own milk and tea.

The location is quite good. I found it within walking distance of a metro stop nearby. it was about 20 minutes by foot to the central station. this made getting around surprisingly easy.

The staff was very helpful and the beds felt really comfortable. everything was perfect. i also appreciated the easy check-in and checkout. It made my arrival and departure seamless. the 24/7 self-service bar was a great feature!

the bus stop is near. i could get to places easily. the staff were helpful. they kept the place super clean. i slept well in the pod. the bed felt comfortable.
the temperature control in the shower was touchy. it went from hot to cold quickly.

Automated Convenience and Helpful Hosts

I loved the 24/7 automation. The wristband is a super cool and convenient hotel key! the hosts were helpful and friendly. I felt welcomed from the very first steps at the reception, regardless of my late arrival. the whole place was aesthetically pleasing and clean, and the bed provided comfort. i received an excellent recommendation for a local bakery around the corner from the host jurek.
The shower temperature fluctuated between hot and cold when i tried to turn it lower than fairly hot, a bit annoying. the preset room air conditioning was slightly too warm for me. I was either too hot with the duvet or too cold without it. i would have preferred a colder room or the ability to turn off the air conditioning completely.
