I liked the dark curtains in my room. they really helped me sleep well. the staff was lovely AND very helpful. i enjoyed access to the pool and games area. It was a nice way to relax after a long day.
the room was basic, ok. there was NO hair dryer in the room, though. i had to call the front desk to request one.

The hotel is near the central station, and this is VERY convenient. i walked to most tourist sites. It was a great base. the location made exploring easy, and i felt safe walking around.

I enjoyed the breakfast provided at the hotel. there were a lot of options, and everything tasted fresh. the coffee machine in the reception area was a NICE bonus. It was available all day and night.

the family room was a good size to accommodate my family, and it was clean. the curtains kept the room dark which was essential. the beds were comfortable. OVERALL, i enjoyed my stay.

The location is fantastic! breakfast is wonderful and delicious. free tea and coffee in the lobby were available 24/7. It really helped .

I found a large space on the ground level. It gave a feeling of home. i used the dining area. a play area exists for children.
The corridors looked like they were from a prison. It gave a dreary look. plus, the tiled flooring was covered in stains. This made the area look grubby.

the hotel features a swimming pool . the pool area includes changing rooms and showers. i noticed several board games available for both children and adults in the coffee area.

The breakfast offered many fresh fruits and vegetables. i appreciated the rye bread. It is a traditional danish bread. the hotel has a free coffee service in the lounge.
