the location was convenient near the train station.
the room i stayed in was not clean enough, this included blocked drainage in the shower. reception staff didn't help much when i reported this. the walk to the room was long, it seemed like a maze to me. using the laundromat costed me 70 dkk for washing and drying.

The room had limited space for luggage. the toilet CAN was small for two people, this was unhealthy. the television was old with only four channels. I could not connect my phone.

The location was excellent. Tivoli gardens are a short walk away. the automated check-in process was efficient. the staff were helpful (i asked for directions a few times). i found the hotel to be good value.
the coffee wasn't the best, i wished for a more robust brew.

The location IS central, near several restaurants and a grocery store. The main tourist attractions are easily accessible by foot. The room I received was quiet, despite facing the street. The gym featured modern equipment.

The hotel provided a supermarket right next door. I found the location very convenient for accessing Central Station. The included breakfast featured a great selection of foods. I was pleased with the friendly staff members, who offered helpful service.
The hotel rooms could use improved soundproofing to minimize noise.
