adequate but underwhelming stay
small roominadequate service
The room was small. there was barely any space to move around the bed. cleaning service seemed inadequate. I requested it, yet the bed sheets were not changed. i found this particularly poor.

mixed feelings about my stay

the location was quite convenient, near many attractions.
The room was very small, i barely had space to move around. the soundproofing was bad. I could hear people talking loudly in the hallway at all hours. also, the bathroom lacked privacy because it was all glass. It was quite uncomfortable.

convenient spot in the city

the hotel had many dining options close by! it was near several sites and the airport metro line. i was able to do my own laundry at a not too distant laundromat. It was a fine walk across the grounds of government buildings.
the staff were friendly however not really helpful. i only got one pillow per person, which seemed very stingy. i asked for more, and i was told they tried to get me one more.

the check-in service was fast. i saw a couple of people at the reception with zero interest in the hospitality business. i guess a paycheck is coming anyway, so why bother, i thought.

The hotel has storage lockers in the basement. i was able to store my bags when i arrived early. I found out from a lady that i could have left the luggage at the reception if i wanted to.

The room was decent and clean. the bathroom had a fan that vibrated all night. one of the door hinges was about to fall off. I avoided a scalding accident because the shower temperature was inaccurate.

The location proved advantageous for walking everywhere i wanted to go. i found restaurants and cafes were easily accessible nearby. It was so convenient. the self check-in and check-out feature streamlined the process.
The rooms were quite spartan though i was expecting that. i could distinctly hear loud neighbors talking at night. It was disruptive. rooms seemed to offer no amenities at all. I only found very basic soap for the shower.

The staff was super friendly. The location felt very central. it was near tourist spots! I found the reception staffs to be nice. They accommodated my concerns so quickly!
My room was a bit too small. It really lacked a USB plug for charging my phone. Also! I paid extra for a room with a top floor view, though the view was just a building with a noisy bar. The rooms aren't serviced, it could be problematic if staying longer.

the location was really convenient (close to everything i wanted to see). the metro station was within walking distance.
the room was quite small, and there wasn't much space for luggage. the air conditioning did not work properly. the beds were pushed against the window, difficult to keep the room dark.
