The location offered easy access to transportation. i found bus stops and a train station nearby. the staff were cute, they provided answers to all my questions. I appreciate their readiness to assist. the hotel was clean, it provided necessary supplies like towels and soap. the staff even gave me extra tissues.
my room had a fan with a layer of dust. i cleaned it myself.

The location was good for my needs. It was about a 10 minute walk to shepherd's bush green. the member of staff, jay, who checked me in, was friendly and helpful. there was a tv in the room! tea making facilities were also available.
Our quadruple room had one regular double bed, though the other "double bed" was smaller. The furniture is old.

The location was very good with easy access to bus stops and a shopping mall.
The quadruple room I booked had one regular double bed and another smaller bed. I stayed five days, and the staff only told us to ask for toilet paper. The furniture was old and in bad condition, and the beds were outdated with rickety mattresses.
