The staff were helpful. They assisted with directions. a spacious family room. the on-site bistro offered convenient meals. the outside pool was nice and clean twice.

The hotel included both an indoor and outdoor pool. The pools were clean. Staff stored our bags after checkout, which allowed us to explore. The hotel offers parking onsite.

the food tasted good with generous portions.

the car park was full making it a challenge to find a space. they also seemed a bit fussy about giving out towels. the curtain in the bath had seen better days.

totally brill stay!

We had such a blast at this place! the entertainment was great, especially the live music nights. the pool area was super clean and inviting.. we loved that it had both indoor and outdoor options. i found the family room spacious and well-equipped. It had a really nice bath and shower. plenty of towels.

the tv in the room was a bit on the small side.

Every staff member i encountered, from the front desk to the restaurant staff, was super friendly and helpful. They really were really nice too. housekeeping did a great job keeping our room tidy and fresh each day, which we so appreciated.

The hotel is in a great spot! it is close to everything. we found a lovely beach just a short walk down the road, and the funfair added to the excitement. The bus services nearby made exploring the area easy.
