the location suited my needs well. the room was quiet and included normal amenities. the tv was a welcome addition. i found the walk to ovo hydro manageable at around 15 minutes.
i noticed that the hotel car park had many potholes. navigating this area was difficult especially in rainy conditions.

The location was great. A bus station was right outside. it was also within walking distance to kelvingrove park. breakfast offered a good variety.

the staff member i encountered was not particularly cute. i was asked to pay a refundable deposit , which i found inconvenient. the checkout time was unusually early , resulting in an additional charge for a slight delay. housekeeping interrupted before the specified checkout time.

the staff were nice and the room i stayed in was clean and looked accommodating.
The deposit was a surprise. I wasn't informed about a £400 pre-authorization for staying with a pet until the day before my stay after i had already fully paid.
